Our 300 hour advanced teacher training program will take the 200 hour-certified yoga teacher to the expert level.  

This Program Will Cover:

• An in-depth study of advanced asana

• A deeper study of anatomy as it relates to yoga

• Advanced study of some of the foundational text of yoga

• An advanced study of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga

• Creative sequencing

• How to safely take your students through an advanced level class

• How to use props and adjustments in advanced asana

• A deeper study of the energy systems of the body

• Advanced meditation techniques

Lead teachers for this training are Rosanne Sihler and Nicey Berkenfeld.  Guest lecturers will lend their expertise to the anatomy, Ayurveda and creative sequencing portions of the training.
