Meditation in Motion is a 90 minute class that will bring participants into a deeper awareness of breath/spirit embodiment through a guided dance/movement practice. The practice will deepen a connection with the intuitive wisdom of the body, open up more space in the body for breath & movement, release stress, steady the fluctuations of the mind, inspire joy and a deep sense of peace and interconnectedness.
No dance or yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. We’ll be dancing barefoot. Bring water and a journal (optional).
