Lead Teachers: Donna Coogan, ERYT500, RCYT, RPYT, YACEP, ARCB certified reflexologist. Teaching yoga in the ISHTA tradition for over two decades addressing each student’s individual needs. Donna shares the practices of yoga and mindfulness in schools and camps creating a fun, supportive environment.
Geena Waddle, 200YTT, 500DharmaYTT, 150Hot YTT, Reiki I & II, Oriental Belly Dance, and is certified in kids yoga. A passionately curious student of life who loves to share her practice in studios, schools, camps, and private settings. She encourages her students to explore the knowledge they have stored in their bodies through Hatha Raja Yoga, breath work, mindfulness techniques, meditation and dance.
