Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that involves a series of graceful movements in a slow and focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant slow motion.
In this series, you will learn the key integral Tai Chi principles. You’ll use traditional Chinese techniques to learn breath practices, self massage techniques, gentle movements, meditation techniques, as well as Tai Chi forms. Tai Chi can be performed standing, sitting, or laying down. Making this practice safe and suitable for everyone. By integrating some of these practices into your life, you can increase your endurance, vitality, longevity, serenity, and peace.
